What is your refund policy? Sow the Magic takes pride in delivering the highest quality gift items and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels still attached and in the original box and/or packaging. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price, minus shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier. Orders returned outside of the 30 days will not be refunded.

Missing a product: We are so sorry you are missing product(s) from your order and we want to make this right as soon as possible! So please reach out to us by email at hello@sowthemagic.com or you can use the Contact Us link on our website at sowthemagic.com. Please include your name, order #, any pertinent information regarding your missing product(s) and we will work quickly to ensure your missing items are shipped to you as soon as possible. 

Where are your products made? Our products are proudly handmade in the USA in the serenity of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains surrounding Fairview, NC! We are passionate about making products with biodegradable, nontoxic, organic, and/or vegan ingredients/materials that are cruelty free, sustainably sourced and packaged with respect to the Earth.
